Our Heritage Grove event area is perfect for hybrid indoor / outdoor events. With our covered area and open field, the life of your next event will be both intimate & inviting, but still open-air!

Rates & Deposits
All events require an additional deposit to reserve the event date and secure the Event Park against damages or additional costs. Deposits are refunded within 30 days after an event. All rentals are for a 12 hour use of the facility area/buildings.
Facility Rules & Regulations
Contra Costa Fairgrounds reserves the right to customize contracts to fit special events or large events. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that all renters and visitors follow our facility rules and regulations. All events must comply with posted capacity limits, fire and safety codes, and venue setup guidelines. Smoking and open flames are permitted only in designated areas. Outside food, beverages and vendors require prior authorization. Security is required for all events and quantity may vary depending on event size and type. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or loss of deposit.
