Independent Exhibitors
Applications for Independent Exhibitors are due by December 31, 2025. Supervising adult must be over 25 years of age. Age of Exhibitor Applicant is determined as of January 1, 2026.

PROP 12 Paperwork
Pursuant to California Proposition 12, all swine exhibitors must complete the required Prop 12 compliance form. the PDF is attached above
Large Animal Medical Declaration
All large animal exhibitors must complete the Large Livestock Medication Declaration Form for each animal to participate in the fair.
