Applications for Independent Exhibitors are due by November 2, 2026. Supervising adult must be over 25 years of age. Age of Exhibitor Applicant is determined as of January 1, 2027.

Pursuant to California Proposition 12, all swine exhibitors must complete the required Prop 12 compliance form. the PDF is attached above
Large Animal Medical Declaration
Cattle Bill of Sale
All large animal exhibitors must complete the Large Livestock Medication Declaration Form for each animal to participate in the fair.

the Heritage Foundation
The mission of the Heritage Foundation is to maintain a standard of excellence in the facilities and grounds of the Contra Costa County Fair by providing funds for capital improvement opportunities, educational opportunities and scholarships.
